BENEDICT Akpotaire
Business Lead
Benedict is a project manager at Pierrine Consulting who handles tracking studies within and outside Nigeria, as well as Ad Hoc projects like product tests, product placement, and FGDs. Before joining Pierrine, he worked at Milward brown/Kantar as a Project Manager, where he handled all retail projects in the Commerce Domain and some tracking projects in the Brand Domain.
With over a decade of field operations experience, Benedict also worked as a field supervisor and Regional Field Manager at Research International, where he coordinated and managed all qualitative and quantitative projects in the Eastern Region.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin, a PGD in Business Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, and is an affiliate member of the Nigerian Marketing Research Association (NIMRA).
He also holds certificates in the National Consumer Survey from the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and the Management Development Workshop (POLCON) facilitated by Human Edge.
KRISTIN Luck

Kristin is the founder of Scale House, the current President of ESOMAR and an investment banker. She is currently a Senior Advisor/banker at Oberon Securities. She founded Forefront Consulting group and cofounded Online Testing Exchange – an online market research firm.
Kristin is a consultant and public speaker, specializing in non-traditional marketing and branding strategies. She lectures at industry conferences for groups such as the Advertising Research Foundation, the Council of American Survey Research Organizations and the Marketing Research Association.
She is considered a “top voice in market research”, in part due to her regular column in the Research Business Report and the ESOMAR blog, RWConnect.
Furthermore, she is also the founder of the group Women in Research, a networking group for women in marketing research to facilitate networking, leadership, entrepreneurship, and other career development goals.
